The Assette Pilot Program
You’ve seen the demos. You understand the value proposition. However, you’re still thinking: “Will Assette actually work for us?” Well, let’s find out — in your own live environment, with your data, your workflows, and your team. No cost, no commitment.
Here’s why we don’t do traditional POCs:
They’re designed to succeed. The vendor picks a friendly use case, preps the data, guides every step. And of course it works — that’s the point. But then you sign the contract and start over from scratch, only to discover the real complexity the POC never touched.
The Pilot Program works differently.
You pick the hardest use cases — the ones that actually matter. We connect to your real data sources, warts and all. We do a “mini-implementation” and then show you what we did so your team can use the platform in a live environment. Everything you build during the pilot carries forward. No rework. No surprises.

The Path from Pilot to Production
Step 1: Alignment
We meet to define what success looks like and how we’ll get there.
What we’ll cover:
- Pilot scope — 1–2 focused deliverables (e.g., 3–5 pages of a presentation, 1–2 RFPs or commentaries, a portal section)
- Data requirements —What sources to connect and what access we’ll need
- Signed NDA –Both parties can now freely share information to make the pilot a success
Step 2: Mini-Implementation
We start the build with input from you.
What happens:
- Assette provisions your environment and builds the scoped deliverables
- You answer questions about your data and content requirements as they come up
- Weekly check-ins to update you on progress
Step 3: Hand-Off and Live Use
Your team starts to use Assette in their daily workflows.
- We walk through everything we built — from data connections to output templates
- Three focused training sessions (1–2 hours each) over the course of one week:
- Data workshop — Understanding and working with your data components
- Template authoring — Building and modifying output templates
- Content workflow — Approving, finding, and delivering finished content
- Business users generate the scoped outputs and create additional templates
- Your data team can connect additional sources and build new data components
- Weekly check-ins and ongoing support from Assette
Decision & Next Steps
After 2–3 weeks of live use, once you’ve validated that Assette works for you, we start the contracting process.
If you move forward: Everything you built during the pilot becomes your production environment. At the end of the pilot, you’re already live —we’re just formalizing it.
