What It Takes From Your Side
The pilot asks very little of your team upfront — you give us the materials and some of your time; we do the mini-implementation.
Give us a few strong sample outputs, access to your data, and a short list of pilot users — that’s it. We set up the system. Once Assette is ready, we walk you through everything for your review, and your team takes it from there for 30 days of live use.

The Build
A kick-off meeting starts the build. From there, Assette’s team builds your scoped deliverables, using AssetteAI Skills — analyzing your materials, building the data pipelines, and generating the finished outputs. We hold a weekly call to explain and show what we’ve done.
The Overview and the Handover
At the end of the build, Assette gives you a full overview of everything we built, so you can see exactly how things were made. From there, we train you on using the platform, so you’re ready to automate your content using Assette.
Live Use
Your team uses Assette to generate, review, and deliver sales and client materials. Assette holds weekly check-in calls throughout to make sure everything’s running smoothly. RFP-focused pilots run actual RFPs and DDQs during this period, including questionnaires pulled directly from DDQ sites. This is where you see how Assette works for you in the real world.
