James Redfearn is joining Assette as our Managing Director of Client Implementations!  

James (or Jay as most people call him), brings over 20 years of experience in asset management to Assette.  Most recently Jay was head of global professional services at FactSet and Vermillion.

In his new role, Jay will lead the implementation of the Assette platform, working closely with our clients to create an exceptional experience from the moment they purchase our software. Internally, he will oversee our implementation team to coordinate all aspects of the software rollout. 

When not hard at work, Jay can be found perfecting his Kenpo Karate skills. He was recently awarded his 3^rd degree Black Belt and is a frequent participate in tournaments.  He is also the proud Dad to two kids and three dogs.

Jay is passionate about client service. He thrives on solving challenges and building long term relationships that lead to fantastic client experiences. His attention to detail and industry know-how make him the perfect partner for our clients as they implement the Assette platform.
