What We Need From You

To prepare your pilot environment, we’ll need the following materials during the Alignment phase.

Please share examples of the in scope deliverables so we can match your formatting and branding.

Data Inputs

We’ll connect to the data sources that power your outputs. You may provide direct system access or Excel/CSV exports.

Data Type What To Provide
INVESTMENT DATA The data behind your outputs — e.g., performance, holdings, attribution.

For RFP/DDQ pilots: account-level AUM data with attributes (strategy, client type, client country, etc.). Please provide actual values, not rounded figures.
PEOPLE DATA Name, title, firm start date, and industry start date.

Optional: identify "key people" or "strategy teams" if you'd like us to calculate tenure or team metrics.

Optional: headshots, if you want them displayed in outputs.
DISCLOSURES No action needed — we'll extract disclosure language directly from your sample outputs.

Optional: if you want to test conditional logic, provide disclosure text with associated rules.

Additional Inputs (If Your Pilot Includes Commentary)

  • External research your writers reference (sell-side reports, analyst notes, etc.)
  • Internal research or analyst notes for securities/sectors/regions
  • Platforms commonly used for market data or commentary inputs

General rule: if your writers use it, we can incorporate it.

Additional Inputs (If Your Pilot Includes RFPs/DDQs or Ask Assette)

  • Firm ownership structure (list of entities and ownership percentages)
  • Recent sales materials for in-scope strategies
  • Past RFP/DDQ responses from the last 90 days (or most recent available)
  • Reference materials such as fund prospectuses, standard DDQs, compliance documents, etc.

Timeline

We’ll finalize the exact list during the Alignment meeting based on your pilot scope. Most firms gather the materials within a week, allowing us to start the Mini-Implementation phase quickly.
