As Assette’s Director of Client Service, Kathleen is responsible for all aspects of our client relationships, including onboarding, user training, project management, business analysis and ongoing client service.
Kathleen is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry with extensive expertise in client service, consultant relations, marketing consulting and content development with institutional asset management firms and companies in the financial, technology, education and non-profit sectors. Her deep experience makes her uniquely qualified to help our clients maximize the benefits of automating their sales enablement, client reporting and digital engagement.
Most recently, Kathleen was Marketing and Technology Consultant at Loomis, Sayles & Company, focusing on their proprietary AI-enhanced marketing database. Her responsibilities included engaging with all internal and external stakeholders to optimize usage, train new users, create procedural documentation and curate user feedback for ongoing product enhancements. She holds an MBA from Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
