1). If a firm exceeds the AUM in the initial tier, the firm will automatically move over to the next tier for the Management Fee (there is no incremental Implementation Fee).  AUM falling to a tier below the tier at the time of contract signing ("Initial Tier") will not lower the Management Fee -- the fee associated with the Initial Tier will be the minimum fee.  AUM is measured as of the last day of each calendar month.

2). Assette EasyReports can import certain fund data from Excel for an additional fee.  Each Excel sheet has the following Implementation Fee: $269, $299, $349 and $399 respectively, for each AUM tier. The Monthly Management Fee for each sheet is $59, $69, $89 and $99/month respectively, for each AUM tier.  These fees are based on providing data in Assette-provided templates.

3). Fees for the optional Presentations Add-on are below. Presentations add-on allows you to create reports in PowerPoint format. This add-on also includes extracting and loading data on a daily basis (all data, except performance, is updated daily).
